Complaint Resolution Process

Debt Solutions Co is committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

1. Submitting a Complaint

Complaints may be submitted by:

2. Review Timeline

  • Complaints are acknowledged within three (3) business days

  • Internal review is conducted and, when appropriate, coordinated with the applicable service provider

  • A written response is typically issued within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days

3. Escalation

Complaints related to legal representation are handled directly by the responsible law firm in accordance with attorney-client obligations and applicable state bar requirements.

4. Regulatory Rights

This process does not limit your right to submit complaints to state or federal regulators, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or your State Attorney General.
